Description

• Bank reconciliation
• TC / Debtors - Receipts / Follow-up / Visits / W. Letters. Preparation of CN & DN.
• Approval of CN/DN, Allocation and Revoke allocation. Approvals for dealing with Exceptional Credit terms.
• TC/Debtors-Issuing SOA/Receiving Confirmations.
• Preparation of Debtors Trading over Specified Limit for approval.
• Reminder Letters to Customers (Pre/First/Second & Final). JVs - Debtors month end & reporting
• Debtors are discussed on pending issues (e.g. unpaid invoices, short/overpaid, unclaimed, etc.).
• Generating Debtor reconciliation monthly and providing proper justification for overdue.
• Monitoring supportive documents (e.g. chamber of commerce, baladiya, etc.) are available for creating a customer.
• Creating a new asset in the system.
• Disposing and scraping the assets.
• Scheduling Cycle Count and sending the report for approval.
• Verifying invoices of Cash, Credit, TC, and Promotion as per policy.
• Following the pending invoices with Customers and sending the feedback to stakeholders.
• Taking daily Manual Adjustments Approvals (various) if any and filing.
