Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in selling manpower and rental equipment services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by prospecting new clients, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our comprehensive range of manpower and rental equipment solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our manpower and rental equipment offerings.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, cost estimates, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the manpower and rental equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
