Job Summary
The Insurance Coordinator assists patients with insurance benefits and communicates with insurance companies regarding claims.
Essential Duties:
Document basic insurance information in the patient’s file for quick reference.
Process and submit insurance claims daily
Send information as requested by insurance companies such as x-rays, charting, narratives, and other documentation for processing the claim when applicable
Handle all inquiries concerning insurance daily
Requirements:
Experience in medical insurance 3 years or more
related diploma or bachelor degree.
Preferred Saudi national.
