Description

Main Job Purpose
Address and resolve technical and POS software issues along with POS software setups for new location installations. The role will also support any IT-related needs of Cool Inc.

Key Accountabilities
• Provide POS onsite and remote support, including configuration, monitoring, customization, and end-user training.
• Conduct both the Root cause and analysis, all while providing venue systems POS support.
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables, and other supplies.
• Provide full Desktop Support Services for back-office employees (hardware, software, and mobile device)
• Support in installation, relocation, and re-installation of IT equipment when required.
• Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution.
• Keep track of IT assets on a monthly basis

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience & Skills
• 3 + years of relevant experience.
• English required (advanced).
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in project priorities.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
