As can be seen below, the suitable candidate must possess civil and electrical engineering knowledge. F.A.T (Food Accommodation and Transportation provided by Company)

AND MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SAUDI ARABIA. ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WHO FIT IN THE REQUIREMENTS CAN CALL.

1. Supervising civil works- Trenching works, Reinforcement Works, Shuttering Works, Concrete Works, Block work, Plastering, Waterproofing works, Ceiling Works, Tiles Work, Duct Banks, and Manholes/Hand Holes installation on site as per the Shop drawings or IFC drawings.
2. Monitoring unsafe acts and conditions to ensure such occurrences are immediately corrected.
3 . Reviewing and rectifying all QA/QC related documents such as RFIs, SON, NCR Project Handover documents, Method Statement, ITPs, and Inspection checklist for installation of all civil works.
4. Evaluation of the site observations notice/non-conformance reporting system, and as applicable associated corrective/preventive action implementation and closing.
Conduct Tests related to all Civil/Arch. Works (Slump Test, Temperature Test, Cube Test, FDT etc.)
5. Monitor project activities and report directly to manager from the site.
6. Preparing daily plans, look ahead programmes, schedules and reports.
7. Reading BOQ, drawings and scope of work to prepare detailed Baseline, bar chart, for various phases of projects, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
8. Preparation of Material Submittal logs, cost loading.
9. Collecting & recording the necessary project data (% complete, actual labour, etc.) for schedule update
10. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project manager.
11. Coordinate with the contractors and suppliers to maintain good working relations.
12. Quantify the completed work for preparing monthly invoices (IPC).
13. Must have good english speaking skills to handle and negotiate with native english-speaking clients.
