Performs corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment in the assigned production lines and ensures effective mechanical works are accomplished as per prescribed time. that’s minimize probability of breakdown.

Accountabilities:
1. Provides mechanical services in Filler, Mixer, Tray Conveyors, Full Can conveyors, Depalletizer, Palletizer, Gearboxes and Pumps and to reduce risk of mechanical problems and enhance performance of all machines.
2. Handles routine check-up on all equipment and provide feedback to immediate superior in regards of mechanical parts that’s need immediate maintenance.
3. Analyses performance of all machines during production and determine the producitivity/efficiency of machine once repair or replace.
4. Assess & identify machine failure and resolve problematic issues within predefined time to ensure geared up for the production line with minimize breakdown.
5. Supports management in implementation of projects such as installation of new machines, fabrication and modifications on existing machines to improve performance and achieve maximum output.
6. Provides directions and guidance to staff for handling of machines and take necessary measures to keep work injuries at minimal levels
