Performs corrective and preventive electrical maintenance of all production lines’ machines and equipment to ensure that all machines and equipment are always in running condition.

Accountabilities:
1. Monitors Filler, Mixer, Tray Conveyors, Full Can conveyors, Depalletizer, Palletizer, Gearboxes and Pumps and provide yearly electrical overhauling to reduce the risk of short circuit and enhance performance of all machines.
2. Supervises routine check-up on all equipment and provide feedback to immediate superior in regards of electrical parts that’s need immediate maintenance.
3. Make modifications, upgrade obsolete machine controls and reprogramming of machines when needed and ensure proactive action taken to replace or repair defective parts.
4. Responsible to install cables, repair defective electronics card and machine drivers and distribution panels wherever new power supply is required to ensure power is always available in all areas of the plant and warehouse.
5. Manages electrical failure of machines effectively to ensure minimize or eliminate machine downtime.
6. Support management in implementation of projects such as installation of new machines, electrical modifications on existing machines for a better and improve performance.
