Performs maintenance & repairs of equipment in the market to resolve breakdown in the same location i. e hyper market, mini market, shops etc by following Co. Standard quality services.

Accountabilities:
1. Complains: Minimize downtime & ensure that all customer complaints related to the coolers/Vending and fountains are immediately covered within the standard response time.
2. Quality Results: Provides quality results of all marketing equipment to ensure results are matched accordingly to the company standard.
3. Task: Complete the preventive maintenance task for all equipment as per plan and also follow the standard procedure of installation and operating.
4. Prioritize and schedule repair and PM calls on a daily basis to meet customer service windows
