Description

We are currently in need an I.T SUPPORT in our company with the few requirements in below mentioned:

* Job is open to all Nationalities who are currently living in Saudi Arabia.
* Job is open for Sponsorship Transfer Only (Applicants outside Saudi Arabia will not be entertained since we are currently looking for local applicants).
* Applicants living within Eastern Region particularly in Dammam//Khobar are preferred, hence, applicants who are currently not residing within Eastern Region must be willing to relocate.
* Job Site: First Industrial Area, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
* Work Experience: With minimum of at least Three (3) Years in the same discipline of work is required.
* Education: Degree Holder with relation to I.T such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering (if applicants have seminar attended related to I.T have more advantage).

SOME OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, faxes, photocopiers and scanners.
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
* Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
* Setting up accounts for new users
* Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
* Testing new technology
* Controls and stocks supplies related to I.T such as Flash drives, Inks and cartridges, etc.
* Keeps records of the equipment issued to employees such as desktop, laptops, printers, etc.
* Others, as instructed by Management which has relationship with I.T
