We are an e-commerce firm looking for operation manager in Riyadh KSA who can join us immediately and having-

1. Proven experience as operation manager or similar role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A degree in business or related field.
4. Proficient organizational skills.
5. Ability to manage budgets.
6. Strong problem-solving capability.


Job responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and review all the work operations process
2. Identify quality control issues and implement ways to improve
3. Formulate strategic objectives for different departments.
4. Supervise the staff in a way to maintain the sales target
5. Prioritize high quality production.
6. Examine data and help forecast long-term planning
7. Maintain KPIs
8. Logistic management
