Description


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Good understanding and ability to study and develop mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D Softwares (Solidworks Autodesk Fusion)
• Consult with Fabrication teams during product manufacturing, advising them on design specifications and providing physical assistance
• Ability to also physically support in mechanical hands on work, and skilled in understanding mechanical orientation of the design
• Develop cost estimations for final product designs, creating Bill of Materials that are most cost effective and mechanically appropriate for the applications
• Site visits to acquire physical dimensions and develop understanding of the design
• Developing final production drawings for the customer approvals
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 to 3 Years of industry experience in a professional engineering position
• Proficiency with CAD, Solidworks, 3D designs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Powerpoint
