The below requirements for coming candidates!

- Bakery experience.
- Responsible for daily plan achievement by maintaining safety, hygiene, quality, quantity and cost (SHQQC) within the timeline.
- Accountable for plant achievement, wastages, quality, and safety issues.
- To manage, coach, communicate and develop their direct reports across the shift to achieve the day-to-day running of the business
- Ensure that a safe working environment to as per SHE Policy.
- Attend meetings
- Develop SOPs
- Be part of a team to assist in the writing of risk assessments. Ensure that all their staff are aware of the hazards in the workplace.
- Understands the hazards in their area of responsibility and ensures the teams are safe working.
- Understands his Health and Safety responsibilities and adheres to safe working practices.
- Initiates investigations as required. Communicates and Implements recommended improvements
- Report / escalate accidents immediately and ensures secure actions are in place.
- Carry out area audits every 2/4 hours. Record Non-Conformances and take action. Escalate major issues to the Production manager.
- Ensures the team carries out glass/hard plastic audits every day/week/month as per schedule. Report relevant issues to Engineering/quality.
- Ensure that clean-as-you-go practices are maintained by plant operatives. Participate in the internal audit program
- Personally, assure functionality of all CCPs immediately. Ensures team is consistently delivering expectations in hour-by-hour ccp.
- Carry out line audits every 2 hours. Record Non-Conformances and take appropriate action through team Basic HACCP as a minimum
- Report to the Production Manager and Engineering any concerns relating to the operation and functionality of CCPs
- Ensure Excessive rejections (>2) are reported/escalated immediately to technical and Production
- Report any non-routine cleaning requirements to the site/shift Hygiene Supervisor.
