Salary 1200 SAR To 2200 SAR

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Indian chef and shawarma maker at our Restaurant.

Responsibilities for the Indian chef role may include:
- Preparing and cooking Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and standards
- Creating menus, taking into consideration customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Ensuring food quality and presentation are met consistently
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
- Training and supervising kitchen staff
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations


Responsibilities for the shawarma maker role may include:
- Preparing and assembling shawarma sandwiches or plates
- Marinating and grilling meat or other protein options
- Preparing and arranging salad ingredients and condiments
- Operating and maintaining shawarma equipment
- Ensuring food quality and taste are consistent
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station
- Providing excellent customer service


Qualifications for these positions may include:
- Previous experience as an Indian chef or shawarma maker is preferred
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine or experience in cooking Indian dishes
- Familiarity with different spices, herbs, and cooking techniques used in Indian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
