we are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with transferrable iqama for a permanent opportunity for our project with below mentioned skills, knowledge and experience.

Ideal candidates should have good experience in following criteria:

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical engineering with 5-7 Year Experience

Duties & Responsibilities Experience in building construction and maintenance

 Experience in Steel Structures & fabrication
 candidate should have MEP Experience
 Reading comprehension of technical documents
 Preparing / Checking /Reviewing Drawings based on Specifications and applicable engineering Standards
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills
 Professional demeanor and attitude
 Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
 Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
 Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness
 Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
 Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
 Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
 Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
 Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
 Attending any on-site meetings or events
 Proven work experience as a supervisor or any department in the construction company
 Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
 Strong leadership qualities
 Detail-oriented and a team player


Preferred Nationality: India / Sri Lanka / Nepal.
