Job Role.
Prepared, review and finalized the Financial Reports including Statement of Financial Position,  Income Statement of Cash Flow.  
∙ Responsible for preparation of Audit File, coordinate with Auditors for smooth completion of the  audit process and recording of audit adjustments. With Standards knowledge of IFRS.
∙ Monitored of Debtors & Creditors Ledgers Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation on Monthly  basis.  
∙ Worked with the internal auditors during the financial and operational audits. 
∙ Responsible for preparing, timely closing of monthly/ Quarterly /Yearly Financial Statement, 
∙ Supervising the GL, AP, AR team to ensure internal controls and process are running smoothly in  accordance with the company policy and procedures. 
 ∙ Verification while posting the JE of accounts vouchers cash/ bank and scrutiny of ledger of  accounts. 
 ∙ Reviewing of bank reconciliation of statements, monitoring bank daily transactions. 
∙ Accounts receivable aging to be reviewed on monthly basis.  
∙ Verified All Voucher like payment, receipt, sales , journal, contract.  
∙ Accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees. 
∙ Entries for the year closing Provision, Accrued, Depreciation of Assets.  
∙ Reconciliation of Bank, Suppliers and Debtors Accounts.  
∙ Preparing Trail Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet. 
∙ Preparing all types of Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice (Tax or Without Tax). 
∙ Maintain Day Book, Cashbook, Ledger, Fund Requirement, Weekly Statement, Contractor Bill,  Supplier Bill.  
∙ Monitoring Petty Cash as well as Miscellaneous Expense writing cheques Transfer.
Should be Graduate.
