Multi Unit Manager (Food & Beverage)

exercises discretion in managing the overall regions operations in each of the assigned stores by spending the majority of their time directing, motivating, driving sales with an entrepreneurial focus.


Drives sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise

Conducts daily, weekly, monthly business reviews on each of the stores

Ensures profitability of restaurants by reviewing all weekly and periodic paperwork to ensure that all controls are in place and all reported numbers are accurate

Provides leadership by engendering excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives

Sets goals with the individual store managers, supporting to develop organizational capability in the region and developing efficiencies on how work is completed

Leads, motivates and develops store manages to ensure that they strive to exceed existing performance standards

Executing functional responsibilities:

Regularly utilizing management information tools and analyzing paperwork on a daily, weekly and periodic basis, to identify and address trends and issues

• Male
• University Graduate/Level (Management/Hotel & Restaurant/ or Certification)
• 3 yrs. minimum experience in managing high end restaurants with the same capacity
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Transferable IQAMA/sponsorship
