labor.
4. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
5. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Manage project budgets and financials to ensure profitability.
7. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
8. Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities.
9. Supervise on-site construction teams to ensure quality workmanship.
10. Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
11. Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to the project team.
12. Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids.
13. Negotiate contracts and manage contract variations.
14. Manage the payment process for contractors and suppliers.
15. Assess and value work done on site.
16. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
