Description

A. Experience:
Minimum 5 Years in building construction and infrastructure project

B. Education:
- Minimum Engineering Degree (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or Electrical) from reputable University

C. Job Requirements:
- Preparation of detailed cost estimates, technical proposals including schedules, plans for steel buildings, infrastructure and related construction works.
- Independently handling RFPs including preliminary design, technical details and bid stage RFPs to subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead project cost and commercial team for EPC project and providing support for claims with related BOQs and market rates.
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes SBC and related construction codes.
- Inter departmental support for subcontracting, material selection, project scope verification and change orders claims.

D. Desired Skills:
- Excellent command on Microsoft Office in particular Excel, Word.
- Ability to work and material take off from AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Familiarity with POMI or other measurement formats
- Technical proposal writing and report writing skills
- Ability to work on short notices with reference to handling bulk and raw data related to project tender.
- Strong presentation skills.

E. Benefits:
Basic: 4000 to 5000 SAR
