Description

Understand the functionality of a variety of different vending, coffee and water machines
• Ordering repair parts.
• Connect water pipes.
• Connect electrical wires.
• Replace refrigeration units.
• Replace circuit boards and e-proms.
• Install credit card readers.
• Ensure that installations are compliant with plumbing, electrical and sanitation codes and
standards.
• Use diagnostic equipment to find the source and extent of the malfunction.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized service van.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and
other research.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a
positive manner.
Requirements
• Technical school or community college training in electronics, plumbing and refrigeration.
• Strong problem identification skills.
• Able to communicate with customers on a professional level.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work through service calls rapidly.
• Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
