Duties And Responsibilities

• Preparation of measurement sheets and detailed quantity take-off based on drawings and documents for tender and on-going projects.
• Prepare request for quotation packages to be sent to Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Evaluate and formulate bill of quantities for direct and indirect costs.
• Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for tender and on-going projects.
• Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
• Preparation and submission of variation order quotation.
• Submission of progressive claims to client and follow up for payment response.
• Evaluation and verification of supplier and subcontractor claims.
