We are a growing AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) tracking startup business, revolutionizing the way businesses track and manage their fleet operations. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing the benefits of our AVL tracking solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development roles within the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of AVL tracking systems and their applications in fleet management.
- Strong understanding of AVL regulations in KSA.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where adaptability is key.
