1. Working experience in Microsoft SQL DB.
2. Provide technical support for Issue to existing customers.
3. Realistic demos of company products to new customer.
4. Requirement gathering / gap analysis documentation of new implementation/enhancements projects.
5. Working with development team to close the issue as per SLA.
6. Working with development team for new implementation or enhancements projects.
7. Prepare project plan for new implementation.
