- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service
- Stay updated on the latest pizza trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings
- Maintain inventory of pizza ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness
- Assist in menu development, suggesting new pizza options based on customer preferences and market trends

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various pizza styles and techniques
- Ability to hand stretch pizza dough and properly handle consistency and texture
- Proficiency in operating pizza ovens and other essential cooking equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and passion for pizza-making
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
