We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Inmaa Al Bilad, a leading Contracting company. As an IT Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and networks.
Modify and update the company website to ensure its relevance, accuracy, and functionality.
Understand and work with the ERP system ODOO, making necessary modifications to streamline processes.
Manage the IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Ensure data security and cybersecurity through regular backups, system maintenance, and monitoring.
Collaborate with the team to identify and implement IT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend advancements to enhance our IT capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and networks.
Proficiency in website development and management, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly ODOO, and the ability to modify and customize processes.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware and software installations and upgrades.
Familiarity with data security best practices, backups, and system maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or similar, are a plus.
