Work tasks :



The quality manager will be the on-site person in charge of quality and standard adherence. With the guidance of the group quality manager, and with the help of SIBS internal IT support tool SPS Flow, the work will center around standard adherence in the daily operation, as well as feeding back issues and improvement suggestions to group quality manager and factory team.



Responsibilities :

Continuous improvement reporting to group quality manager and factory.
Ensuring adherence to standards for all works on site.
Responsible for all of the on-site team reporting of quality issues
Responsible for the on-site quality team


Authority :

Report directly to SIBS Group Quality manager
Make decisions and take responsibility within your area of expertise
Responsible for your work area’s part of the overall time table


Qualifications :

Technical training in your field
Management/Leadership experience
Calculating/Project economics education/training
Minimum of 8 years and preferable over 12 years relevant work history in the construction industry
