Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to ensure proper workflow on all production data entry related activities.

Daily data Entry on Production Data per daily orders
Enter daily raw material Intake, Production Quantity in SAP System , ERP and verify Production Yield
Coordinate with Production Planner on daily RM and verify during Receiving
Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Coordinate with Production Planner on daily RM and verify during Receivin
Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and long hours and at working environments (lower temperature 15 Degree when required.
Identify problems as they arise, informing Supervisor of deviations in Process Data , Quantity Yield et
Perform any other assignments as required by the Production Supervisor.
About The Requirements

Experience in Data Entry Food Processing, Microsoft Excel ,Tally etc
Basic skills in English Preferred (written and oral) is an added advantage
Knowledge in SAP or any ERP
