Description

we are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with transferrable iqama for a permanent opportunity for project with below mentioned skills, knowledge and experience.

Ideal candidates should have good experience in following criteria:

Qualification: Diploma civil engineering with 5 Year Experience

Duties & Responsibilities Experience in building construction and maintenance

 Required building construction & maintenance experience
 Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
 Reading comprehension of technical documents
 Excellent written and spoken communication skills
 Professional demeanor and attitude
 Interpreting building plans and construction blueprints
 Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards
 Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
 Handling any on-site accidents with uttermost care and awareness
 Maintaining an accurate attendance report of all construction site workers
 Reviewing daily construction work and suggesting any improvement measures
 Ensuring all emergency equipment are in place and in working order
 Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
 Communicating the progress report to the Construction Project Manager
 Attending any on-site meetings or events
 Proven work experience as a Supervisor or any department in the construction company
 Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
 Strong leadership qualities
 Good analytical and communication skills
 Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints
 Critical thinker and possessing troubleshooting ability
 Detail-oriented and a team player


Preferred Nationality: India / Sri Lanka / Nepal.
