Description

1. Ensure optimal product cost management, monitor and update cost estimates for to ensure that costs are within expected ranges.
2. Review expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable.
3. Improve process by developing and implementing cost structure, then manage job-specific code of accounts for approvals.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked.
5. Conduct cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated altogether.
6. Monitor budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
7. Collect cost data from suppliers to track items costs.
8. Check the cost of sales in all outlets and ensure that costs are within budget.
9. Manage treasury, open several new accounts, establish new procedures and controls, monitor daily activity.
10. Conduct surprise spot checks at all outlets.
11. Prepare monthly write-ups reports for the cost performance and EAC forecast
12. Analyze purchase order commitment to calculate accruals.
13. Perform weekly/periodic physical inventory reconciliations.
14. Participate in the development of unit standard costs and BOM's for new and existing products.
15. Detail analysis and compilation of financial statements and multiple taxation reports.
16. Create, extract, verify and consolidate a variety of narrative information and statistical data need to formulate presentation of RFP.
17. Prepare reports to management regarding costs and expenses.
18. Prepare bid estimates for new projects or bids on existing projects.
19. Manage supplier relationships to ensure that the company is receiving quality products at competitive prices.


Requirements:

• Min 5 years’ experience as cost controller with FMCG employer.
• Degree in finance, accounting or relevant field.
• Ideal candidate should be between (30- 40) years old.
• Location: Riyadh however frequent travel to Jeddah is required.
