Description

You will:

Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract talent to deliver on the Club’s business strategy and growth plans for HR Manager across Businesses and Divisions.
Act as a TA advisor to HR Manager on all aspects of the recruitment process, including recruitment strategies and resourcing channels, recruitment cycle timing, coaching and guidance on best practices and sourcing trends.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including the development of search plan, execution of the search and delivery to ensure successful closure within the identified time frame.
Screen, interview and assess quality talent who are the best fit for the role and aligned with the Club’s culture and values
Build stakeholder relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all parties involved in the hiring process are updated and well informed.
Directly source for candidates through the use of social media sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other external online candidate databases. Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks.
Actively manage relationships with external recruitment firms to ensure a quick turnaround time and delivery of qualified candidates.
Provide the HR Manager with market intelligence regarding the talent community/ the competition and industry trends.

About You

Ideal qualification / experience:


At least 5 years working a sizable or multi-national company with ideally 2 years in an in-house Talent Acquisition role.
Proven experience identifying and hiring talent.
Demonstrated capability on passive candidate direct outreach, engagement, cultivation In-depth, hands-on experience in TA functional capabilities and candidate evaluation.
Excellent skills and knowledge of competency-based interviewing.
A service-oriented mind-set with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels.
A team player who collaborates effectively across the HR department.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and cope well with pressure
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Transferable Iqama is a must.
Saudi driving license is preferable.
