Our client is looking for chef de partie to strenghten their team within their quality Independent Italian restaurant at the Resort [located near Jeddah on Red Sea] is actively looking to hire an Italian chef de Cuisine to be in-charge of the main Italian restaurant of the Resort experienced in Italian & Continental cuisine.The restaurant is part of a small group which has other restaurants which focus on other types of cuisine.

The successful Chef de Partie will work alongside the staff, guest and management to assist and ensure the successful execution of the day to day needs of the kitchen. The key tasks of the Chef de Partie will be to ensure food quality from their section, monitoring orders and stock levels and helping the team with food preparation to ensure all mis-en-place is completed on time.
