REQUIRMENT OF – SALES SUPERVIOSR (Required experience – above 5 years, FOR Saudi Arabia for PERFUME INDUSTRY (Retail & Whole sale) [We are perfume Manufacturer.]

Make frequent visit across Saudi Arabia to meet regional sales in charges & dealers, generate new leads & build lasting relationship with dealers to enhance competitive positioning

including sales plans & promotional support, leading negotiation.



? Responsible to monitor, achieve sales targets and outstanding collection, supervise and support regional sales in charge in their day-to-day activities.



? Retain existing dealers and substantially grow customer base, product line and sales volume, identify and solve complex strategy problems to impact sales management and business direction.



? Maintaining active communication with other departments of factory including marketing, IT, Production, Account, PR, HR for smooth business operation.



? Draft marketing & promotional calendar in close coordination with the marketing team, engage in brand promotional activities & commercial tie-ups.



? Organize regular training for all members of the team to achieve high standards of product knowledge, customer service, selling skills, merchandising, inventory control & loss prevention.



? Constantly monitor and report on competitor's activities

movement, periodically update accounts department on payment status and ensure that payments are realized as per terms.
