Job Title: SAFETY TRAINER
Job Summary:
we are looking for an experienced Safety Trainer to join our team. To be successful as a safety trainer, you should have experience in safety training, adult education, and curriculum development. You should also have a deep understanding of the subject matter you are teaching and the ability to communicate it effectively to your audience. You should also have knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding occupational health and safety standards and how to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
A safety training needs assessment that identifies the gaps and priorities of the target audience
A safety training curriculum that outlines the learning objectives, content, methods, and evaluation of each training module
A safety training material that consists of slides, handouts, videos, quizzes, and exercises for each training module
A safety training delivery that involves conducting face-to-face or online sessions for each training module
A safety training evaluation that measures the reaction, learning, behavior, and results of the training participants
Qualifications:
HSE should have 1 year+ experience, OSHA standards and regulations & any ISO
NEOSH IGC.
Skills:
Q HSE Performance monitoring and reporting
QHSC Risk management
Presenting skills in Arabic &English
Communication and presentation skills
Interpersonal and teamwork skills
Organizational and multitasking skills
Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Candidate:
Preferable local Saudi Arabia.
LOCATION
Eastern province preferable Al Hasa
SALARY:
Expected salary 5k to 7k
