We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and delicious food. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently by overseeing all aspects of operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the restaurant is well-stocked.
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial reports, analysing sales data to make informed decisions about menu items, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and staff, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant visibility and attract new customers.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of restaurant industry best practices, including Baladia regulations, food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred.
