Job description

1. Responsible for e-commerce channel expansion and KPI, cooperated with the business manager to complete the expansion and development of e-commerce channels and carry out standardized and unified management.

2. Familiar with Amazon & Noon’s account creation, trading, promotion, and financial rules, advertising management, responsible for the results.

3. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance: new product release, listing optimization, timely update relevant photos and MKT materials; data monitoring and problem inspection: the daily data monitoring including store traffic, sales data, customer reviews & feedback management, optimization of the product sales & ranking, optimization of sponsored advertisement, with off-site social media to attract traffic.

4. Responsible for event planning and submission, ensuring the correct launch of events, participating in various platform events, such as Ramadan, Single Day, White Friday and etc,; and resume after events.

5. Maintain the account's good reputation and credit rating; maintain account security, transaction, and financial security; avoid potential risks, and handle customer complaints.

6. Collect and analyze market intelligence and the status of competing products; draw up reasonable on and off-site promotion plans, and implement them.

7. Responsible for managing inventory, with good inventory forecasting & stocking; communication with other channels, to maintain the stability of channel prices.

Other:-

1. More than 2 years of working experience in e-commerce, with it products and rich resources in e-commerce channels, especially Amazon

2. Be familiar with the operation mode of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Noon, and have direct cooperation experience

3. Master basic art design, excellent excel skills & data analytical ability.
