A leading FM company is urgently in need of Air Duct Cleaning Technician. As Air Duct Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for:-
- analyzing the HVAC system in a building and developing a comprehensive cleaning plan to achieve maximum effectiveness.
- provide outstanding customer service, offer system improvement and maintenance suggestions.
- quote cleaning prices for both residential and commercial HVAC cleaning projects.
- increase your income and company revenue by selling related services, such as dryer vent cleaning, as well as other services offered by the company.
- Use imaging equipment such as cameras, and other tools to inspect and evaluate HVAC systems before and after cleaning.
- Keep your assigned vehicle and equipment well-maintained, both mechanically and in terms of cleanliness.
- Complete daily paperwork on time and submit it for billing promptly.
- Share your suggestions for improving services and identifying new opportunities with your supervisor.

Requirements:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Five years experience in Similar position.
Must posses valid Saudi Driving Licence
Must posses transferable Iqama.
Creative problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and solicit feedback.
Collaborative team player wanted for shared goals.
Adherence to company policies, manuals, and procedures.
Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Must frequently lift and/or move fifty pounds or greater.
May work in confined spaces or heights of ten feet or more.
