Job Description:

A well reputed rubber manufacturing company is looking for for a Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our rubber molded and extruded products, as well as rubber gaskets to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the rubber molded and extruded products industry
- Strong technical knowledge of rubber molded and extruded products, as well as rubber gaskets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Must be willing to travel as needed
