Minimum 2 years experience in providing 1st and 2nd level support globally
Good knowledge of a range of technologies including Windows 2008 / 2012-R2/2016 Server windows
Experience in Microsoft Office 365 Administration
Exposure to the virtual platform (VMware / Hyper-V)
Basic about Azure AD and Hybrid AD environment
Knowledge about share point
Troubleshoot skill in LAN network and VPN
Microsoft certification (MCP / MCSA)
Maintaining software applications, Operating Systems, and regular Windows server maintenance task
Hands-on experience in remote desktop tools and server desk systems
