Description

Looking for candidates for the role of Inventory_Consultant with minimum 5 years experience
working on contract basis (no iqama transfer)
Technician / Engineer / Consultant
Understand Industrial Equipment, Assets, Spare parts & generic safety procedures
Can differentiate between various materials types in manufacturing industry

COMPETENCY:

Ability to understand Tags, Spare parts, Bin, Rack, Open, Bulk and Yard Management

Familiar with Bill of Materials, Inventory count, numbers, documentation, drawings and paperwork

Plan MRP & inventory levels to prevent excess inventory in warehouse and obvious shortage

Analyze End user requirement from plant and support purchase request to maintain inventory levels

Review purchase order, delivery schedule to arrange material in time and avoid production loss

Develop procedures for fast moving, non-moving, slow moving, dormant materials, etc

Recommend MRP level, Reorder point planning, Lead time, Max/Min Stock, Lot size, Safety stock, etc

Review and update of existing Inventory Strategies (JIT, MRP, EOQ, process automation)

Recommend on arranging, categorizing, systematizing of picking and put away strategies

Work with clients, project managers, contractors and teams to plan and deliver

Prepare inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data

Expertise and knowledge in all inventory terminologies and basic descriptions

EXPOSURE:

To Supply Chain industry, Manufacturing Industry, Warehouses

To Inventory, movement of material, receiving, delivery, SKU, audit procedures in warehouse

To Procurement, Warehouse management, Inventory data analysis

To ERP software like SAP, Oracle, etc

SOFT SKILLS

Excellent communication skills (in English / Arabic)

Can work in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Understand and prepare Inventory reports for management

Good team player, must work well with others and also independently

Open to travel at multiple locations within KSA

Work in various weather conditions, open environment, exposed to dust and dirt
