Job Requirements: Ability to interact with various clients, suppliers, logistics and management in order to efficiently execute the orders.


Key Responsibilities: Creating business process models based on requirements and mapping industry trends and best practices to the client unique requirements and process to determine applicable fit.



Technical Experience: Must have experience and working knowledge of MS office in order to assess the Supply Chain sheets and maintain records of reconciliations between, procurement, deliveries and transportation.

• Planning delivery timetables and Ensuring stores have enough stock

• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand and overseeing the ordering and packaging process

• Monitoring stock levels and Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination

• Overseeing arrival of shipments and Analyses route schedules or load plans, historical activity, and customer trends in order to make suggestions for enhancing routing efficiency and solution efficacy.

• Assist in developing and putting into practice a supply chain solution

• Recognize chances for the customer to save money.

• Take care of the recurring analysis and duties generating ongoing cost-saving measures.

• In order to eliminate waste, examine present procedures and suggest or implement improvements.

• Proactively control key performance indicators, undertake root cause analysis, and employ TM operating systems.

• Interact with clients to resolve issues and plan implementations

• Create weekly customer metrics for distribution and create customer performance reports.

• Meet deadlines for customers and create metrics dashboards that emphasize data unique to customers

• Uses tactical procedures every day in accordance with the defined business standards

• Respond to consumer inquiries with independence and discretion, then offer solutions.

• Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to address issues and assist with implementations

• Additional duties and projects that the supervisor has allocated
