We are looking for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team. The sales executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as a sales executive you should be an inspired self-starter who can drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

The Sales Person will be working in the advertising agency markets while brand creation is the major focus
key job functions
• Achieve assigned quota targets while meeting all sales objectives.
• Assess customer needs and offer solutions.
• Assist the Marketing department with collecting local competitive information.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Close sales by telephone, video conference and face-to-face, travelling as needed.
• communicate customer feedback and customer forecast to appropriate contacts within the organization.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Contribute to the development of Brand Strategy.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to market products and services.
• Create and maintain sales plans to manage leads and opportunities.
• Develop and perform against a sales plan.
• Drive sales performance to ensure sales forecasts are met or exceeded.
• Educate and share product
• Ensure 100% customer happiness with all respective customers. Follow up on leads generated by Marketing.
• Maintain a breadth of knowledge of all product offerings delivered by the organization.
• Maintain an active, working knowledge of current competition
• Maintain complete, up-to-date call activity records.
• Meet or exceed growth target expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provide reporting as required.
• Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Understand the importance of being part of a team.
