We are looking for sales and marketing manager for our furniture and interior design company.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, as well as experience in managing a team. This role requires a creative thinker who can identify new opportunities for revenue growth and execute effective campaigns to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals

Manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed their targets

Identify new opportunities for revenue growth through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback

Create compelling marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential customers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies

Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Manage the budget for the sales and marketing department

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in sales or marketing management role.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that delivered measurable results

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

A creative thinker who can identify new opportunities for growth

An analytical mind with a strong understanding of data-driven decision making

A proven track record of managing teams towards achieving or exceeding targets

The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
