Description

Role Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-day operations for all utilities like following systems (Generators, Fire Alarm system, Fire Fighting system including pumps, UPS, ATS, Transformers, AC cooling Units, batteries, HVAC, CCTV, and Access control systems);
• Monitor all maintenance activities Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Monitor and Supervise periodic testing for all systems like (Generators, Fire Alarm system, Fire Fighting system, UPS, ATS,
Transformers, AC cooling Units, HVAC, batteries, and Fire Jockey Pumps, CCTV and Access control systems including load tests, UPS testing and battery discharge tests and any other related tests;
• Conduct weekly, monthly progress review meetings with service providers and follow up on pending items;
• Monitor all requirements of server racks for new projects and existing data centers;
• Ability to read, monitor and control through BMS (Building Management System) in addition to an understanding of the BMS system;
• Collect and gather data Center facility requirements;
• Following up and coordinating closely with the service provider to ensure optimum performance and energy efficiency of the data Center and white space facility;
• Manage Saudi Payments' data centres landscaping services provider to ensure the services are provided in a timely manner;
• Manage data centers buildings landscaping schedules;
• Oversee and facilitate contract providers for provided maintenance services;
• Monitor the performance of service providers on a regular basis, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions in order to optimize materials and services provided;
• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner;
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction;
• Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field;
• 5 years of relevant experience in Data Centres Operations & Maintenance, managing service.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, DCIM, and CAFM.
• Data Center certificate is preferred
•

• Excellent time management skills.
