Position Available: HSE Manager with 15-year Experience

Contract Duration: Short-Term Contract Duration
Requirements (with 15-year Experience):
- Level 6 diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Management, or related field
- Proven experience in managing safety operations and compliance with relevant regulations
- Deep knowledge of safety standards, protocols, and procedures in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and engage stakeholders in safety matters
- Leadership abilities to oversee and coordinate safety initiatives and drive a culture of safety within the organization
- Proficiency in analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and implementing effective strategies for improvement
- Organizational skills to manage safety documentation, inspections, audits, and reporting
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and external agencies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies, guidelines, and procedures in alignment with HSE regulations and industry best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations to identify hazards, incidents, and non-compliance issues
- Provide safety training and education to staff, students, and stakeholders, promoting safe work practices
- Monitor and analyze safety data, trends, and metrics, reporting findings and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate safety into all aspects of operations, projects, and activities
- Lead safety committees or teams, fostering a culture of safety awareness and engagement
- Stay current with safety regulations, advancements, and best practices, ensuring ongoing compliance and continuous improvement
