The following technicians are URGENTLY NEEDED.

* FIRE FIGHTING TECHNICIANS

- Fire Fighting System Preventive Maintenance
- Fire Piping and Fittings works
- FM200, CO2 System maintenance and installation
- Fire Extinguisher Maintenances
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Driving License.
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience

* FIRE PUMP TECHNICIANS

- Maintenance and Repairing for all kinds of fire pumps (Diesel, Jockey and electrical)
- Repairing all pump accessories such as Panel, Wires, VFD Connection.
- Maintenance and Repairing for all kinds of fire alarm Panels. Electronics repairs is a plus .
(PREFERRED)
- Installation and pipe fitting experiences
- Diagnosing of all Fire Pumps problems
- Diagnosing of all Fire Alarm System problems
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Driving License.
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience.

* DUCT FITTER

- Duct Installation.
- Duct Fabrication
- Duct Insulation works
- Pre-insulation Duct Experience
- Perform Preventive and Periodic Maintenance for Concealed, Package & Split AC.
(PREFERRED)
- Copper pipes brazing. (PREFERRED)
- Water Leakage Repairing. (PREFERRED)
- Changing compressors. (PREFERRED)
- Filling refrigerant gas. (PREFERRED)
- Installation of new ac units (indoor & outdoor) (PREFERRED)
- Diagnosing of all ac problems(PREFERRED)
- Driving License.
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience.

* HVAC Maintenance Technicians

- Perform Preventive and Periodic Maintenance for Concealed, Package & Split AC.
- Perform Preventive and Periodic Maintenance for Chilled water Systems, VRV.
- Copper pipes brazing.
- Water Leakage Repairing.
- Changing compressors.
- Filling refrigerant gas.
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Installation of new ac units (indoor & outdoor)
- Diagnosing of all ac problems
- Driving License.
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience.

* HVAC Installation Technicians

- Perform Preventive and Periodic Maintenance for Concealed, Package & Split AC Chillers
- Installation of Concealed, Package & Split AC , Chilled water Systems, VRV.
- Copper pipes brazing.
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Installation of new ac units (indoor & outdoor)
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience.

* TILE FIXERS

- measuring the area that must be tiled or marbled to determine stock requirements.
- ordering stock supplies and gathering tiling equipment.
- cutting and shaping tiles or marble to any size.
- cleaning and leveling the surface area.
- applying tiling cement and arranging tiles or marble according to design plans.
- Applying tiling grout.
- applying block work and screed work (mason work).
- good communication skills. Good English, Arabic is a plus.
- Minimum 7 years’ Experience.

* GYPSUM TECHNICIANS / FALSE CEILING AND PARTITION

- Suspended ceiling installer (no.1)
- Inspection site to determine installation method and procedures.
- good knowledge and experience about suspended ceiling types.
- cut tiles according to specification to ensure they fit in the desired space and then fasten tiles into
the framing.
- ensure perfect installation by trimming the edges of tiles.
- apply ceiling joint tape and apply all paint work for gypsum board.

* PLUMBER

- Reading Drawings.
- Aware of Inspection Procedure for systems.
- Good knowledge and experience in Plumbing Works (HDPE, PPR, PVC) Drainage and Water
Supply.
- Experience of 5 Years in same Field.
- Languages (English or Arabic)

* PIPE FITTER

- Reading Drawings.
- Aware of Inspection Procedure for systems.
- Good knowledge and experience in Firefighting Works (Black Steel).
- Piping Fittings works for Steel Pipes (Threaded, Groove, welding) Joints
- Welding (Minimum 4G)
- Experience of 5 Years in same Field.
- Languages (English or Arabic)

* MULTI CRAFT TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN

- Maintenance and Repairing for most kind of minor services in plumbing, electrical, painting, false
ceiling repairs, tiles repairs
- Good English, Arabic is a plus
- Driving License.
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience.
