Description

The Saudi National HR Officer/PRO is responsible for managing various human resources functions within the organization while adhering to Saudi labor laws and regulations. The primary objective is to support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing the queries, concerns, and grievances, and ensuring fair and consistent treatment.

HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring employees' understanding and adherence.

Compensation and Benefits: Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration, employee benefits enrollment, and compliance.

HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics, to provide insights for management decision-making.

Employee Engagement: Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment and boosting employee morale.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices and processes.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, handle HR documentation, and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Manage the processing of applications including employment visas, trade license, labor permits etc
Implement and maintain a tracking system to keep all visas up to date.

Build and develop string relationships with government relations.

Manage expense reports and liaise with finance to ensure reports are submitted on time.

Represent the business where needed at hospitals, hotels, airports, embassies etc.


Qualifications:

Saudi national with a valid residency permit.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within a Saudi Arabian context.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
