Overall Responsibility:

He will be responsible for all garage store-keeping functions related to Auto spare parts, accessories and diesel-driven construction or equipment maintenance, heavy-duty vehicles, and road vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain inventory with minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Maintain all relevant records such as holding stock, daily requisition, and issue vouchers.
- Monthly random inventory verification and conduct an annual audit.
- Submit reports of non-moving / fast-moving parts.
- Orders, receive, and stores auto spare parts used in the repair/maintenance of the company fleet.
- Maintain parts properly in storage status, and keeps the stock room clean and orderly.
- Coordinate/report the part request and delivery dates with all concerns.

Requirements:

- Mechanical Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in storekeeping for the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Knowledge of handling spare parts and record-keeping systems.
- Knowledge of established material handling and procedures
- Excellent organizational, and planning skills with an attention to detail.
