AlMeer Saudi Technical Services Co. One of the leading Construction & Maintenance Co., based at Al khobar, Saudi Arabia is looking for the Estimation Engineer E&I

• Coordination and collaboration with sales, customers & project management groups,
• Understanding the customer requirements, reading specs and user documentation,
• Assess resource, manpower & equipment, requirements for related inquiries.
• Duties/responsibilities include planning (Primavera preferably), estimating job specific durations with resource quantities required and preparation of commercial & technical proposals.
• Estimation Engineer will be required to attend job ex meetings, site visits, etc. to assess specific details of the job requirement and carry out project planning as required.
• Preparation and review of estimations and proposals, as required, and supporting estimators to ensure deadlines are met with bids submitted timeously.
• Individual traits include punctuality, professionalism, presentability and articulation with colleagues and clients.
• Quality Management in Proposals
• Preparing the sales calculation and offer letter, Evaluating the project risks and opportunities, Coordination of sub suppliers.
• Knowledge on engineering drawings in various voltage levels such as SLD, GA, wiring diagrams, Installation Drawings, layout, integration and interface engineering etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Instrumentation or equivalent
• Good Command of English Language
• Highly professional in MS Office Applications and Office 365,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in EPC Projects.
