We are looking for a person who can handle the below duties and responsibilities.

• Delegating and scheduling various tasks for all co-workers.
• Monitoring the preparation, display, and delivery of food & Beverage items.
• Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service.
• Maintain high standards and implement them in the store.
• Training all staff in regard to menu knowledge and standard recipes.
• Maintaining good relationships with the suppliers.
• Responding to customer feedback and resolving them positively.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes at the workplace.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and
delegated tasks.
• As a delegator, as a mediator, maintaining discipline.
• Taking active participation in receiving and arranging items in the store.
• Checking defective items and maintaining a checklist.
• Always checking everything is arranged according to FIFO (first in first out).
• Prepare reports on store inventory levels.
• General tasks, such as daily reports, tracking sheets, duty roasters, cash reports, etc.
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance department.
• Keep track of materials and send purchase requests (PR) for new items to the
procurement department.
• Maintain stocks and inventory.
• Maintain store cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
