Description

As an QC Inspector, you will be responsible for:

1. Verifying tests as required on all components and completed assemblies and subassembly
2. Overseeing preparation of drawings, technical documents, and manufacturing records for orders to ensure compliance with internal systems
3. Inspecting parts, assemblies and subassemblies to drawings and prints
4. Initiating non-conformance reports on all parts and assemblies that are not to drawing and print specifications
5. Identifying enhancements in processes and procedures to improve performance

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Years of relevant experience? 2 years min
2. Educational Requirements: 2 years diploma
3. Candidate Max Age: 25 to 35 years
4. Mandatory experience/skills/tools:.
1. Have a High School Diploma or GED
2. 2+ years inspection experience
3. Have extensive experience in Quality Inspection on machine parts and tools during assembly and subassembly processes
4. Show proficient knowledge of dimensional testing, reading drawings and manufacturing process

Sourcing / Position Requirements:-

5. Alternative Marketing Titles: QC Inspector/ Gauge Room Inspector
6. Rotation: 2 shifts
7. Working Hours Per Day: 10 hours
8. Working Days Per Week: 6 days
9. Contract Duration: 12 months
10. Number of positions needs to be filled: 2 positions
11. Candidate should be available to join before: ASAP
