Description

 Reporting the Head of Project Manager,
 Taking care of procurement and arrangement of approved material to execute the work on site as per
approved work schedule,
 Study & review BOQ, and evaluate preliminary and final plans, specifications and drawings,
 Co-ordinating with sub contractors, Vendors and their engineers at site,
 Site execution, planning and quantity,
 Coordination with the client,
 Completed all projects on time and within budgets meeting Client expectations,
 Problem Solver & Goal Oriented, Meeting with client, consultant and all management to discuss the
issues regarding approval,
 Checking in shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering,
 Expert in labour, materials and equipment mobilization,
 Experience in preparing building design, preliminary design and detailed design structural drawings,
 To prepare volumetric drawings in AUTO CAD quantity calculations,
 Negotiation Skills.
Ensure completeness of documents and drawings required for the tender Study all aspects related to the tender
Conduct a quantity take off to verify bills or quantify the works
Pre-tender negotiations with major suppliers and subcontractors
Preparation of all documents according to the procedures for tender submission
Send out inquiries for pricing
Addressing queries to the consultant for the clarification of any ambiguities/ passing on information to the subcontractors & suppliers where necessary.
Conduct pre-tender site visits
Prepare rate built-up of rates and prices for review by Senior
Update pricing database and monitor productivity and ensure the project is executed as per budget.
Prepare bid summaries with technical and price comparison.
